主要研究方向包括计算生物学、机器学习和大规模数据分析,目前侧重在:

1. 多组学分析、基因组的三维结构和基因调控;

2.基于人工智能的药物发现;

3. 冷冻电镜技术计算方法的开发;

4.人工智能、机器学习。
